Located entirely on the ground floor, the annex offers easy access for all guests. It’s a comfortable base for both short and extended stays, blending simplicity with functionality.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Parking is free on the street and available on a first-come, first-served basis, making it easy to come and go as you please.

The city centre is just a short distance away, where you can explore Inverness Castle, the Victorian Market, and a variety of cafés, restaurants, and local shops. A short drive takes you to Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, and the world-famous Loch Ness, while the surrounding Highlands and Cairngorms National Park offer outstanding opportunities for hiking, sightseeing, and day trips.
