The room sleeps up to 1 person with 1 single bed and is situated on the first floor. Your bed features hotel-grade linen, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Wrap yourself in the softness of our 100% cotton towels, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
The ensuite bathroom features a WC, sink and walk-in shower. The towels and bath mats provided are 100% cotton for softness and comfort. We also supply shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hairdryer.
You also have access to the rest of the communal areas featuring a shared kitchen, large dining room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances you would expect including a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave toaster, kettle , washing machine and dryer.
There is pay and display parking nearby in the surrounding area and in the 2 large public car parks a 15 minute walk away from the property. Parking is pay and display but is free from 6pm to 8am on street parking. The car park rates are very good but has no free period. We have some helpful parking information in our complimentary guest guide book.

This Cosy Guest house is at a short walk of Inverness city centre where all shops are and a train station that can take you to several different areas across the country.
This room a single bed allowing 1 person to sleep in it, all other areas ( kitchen, bathrooms etc) are shared between guests in all rooms.
This room also has a tv, a kettle, WiFi, central heating and on-street parking near the Building. You also have access to the garden at the back of the property, which has some chairs and a table, that can be used if the weather is favourable.
