Welcome to our charming house, the perfect base for your stay in Falkirk and the wider Central Scotland area. This comfortable home accommodates up to 5 guests across three bedrooms: two rooms each feature a single bed, while the third is a twin room with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together. Additional sleeping arrangements are available for one extra person on the sofa bed.

All areas of the property are private and entirely for your use. There is one bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower head, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area for shared mealtimes, and a comfortable living room where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The property begins on the ground floor, with one flight of stairs leading up to the bedrooms on the first floor.

Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.

For your convenience, parking is available for free on the street directly outside the property on a first come, first served basis.

The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do. You'll be perfectly placed to visit the world-famous Kelpies, the magnificent 30-metre horse-head sculptures set within Helix Park, as well as the remarkable Falkirk Wheel, the world's only rotating boat lift. History enthusiasts will enjoy exploring sections of the Antonine Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the picturesque Callendar House and its parklands. Falkirk's location also makes it an excellent gateway for day trips, with both Edinburgh and Glasgow easily reachable, along with the historic town of Stirling and its iconic castle just a short journey away.

Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
