Located entirely on the ground floor, the annex offers easy access for all guests. It’s a comfortable base for both short and extended stays, blending simplicity with functionality.

Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Parking is free on the street, available on a first-come, first-served basis, making it easy to come and go as you please.

The annex enjoys a fantastic central location within walking distance of many of Edinburgh’s top attractions. Just minutes away, you’ll find The Meadows, a beautiful green park ideal for morning walks or picnics. The University of Edinburgh, Surgeons’ Hall Museum, and The National Museum of Scotland are also nearby, offering fascinating insights into the city’s culture and history. Stroll a little further to reach the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and Princes Street Gardens, or explore the vibrant Grassmarket area filled with traditional pubs, cafés, and boutiques. The neighbourhood also offers great transport links, making it easy to explore other parts of the city, including Stockbridge, Dean Village, and Arthur’s Seat — Edinburgh’s iconic hill with panoramic views over the capital.
