Description
All areas of the apartment are entirely private for your exclusive use. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bright open-plan living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen. While there is no formal dining area, two small coffee tables are provided and can comfortably be used to enjoy meals while relaxing on the sofa, creating a casual and homely atmosphere.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and is accessed via two flights of stairs, as there is no lift available. Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
For guests travelling by car, off-site public street parking is available nearby on a pay-and-display basis and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is chargeable Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm at 4.60 pounds per hour.
The surrounding area is one of Edinburgh’s most desirable and vibrant neighbourhoods, offering easy access to the city’s main attractions. From here, you can comfortably explore the historic Old Town, Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street, the Royal Mile, and the beautiful Dean Village. Art lovers will enjoy the nearby galleries and museums, while those seeking nature can stroll along the Water of Leith or relax in nearby green spaces. The area is also well served by cafés, restaurants, and shops, allowing you to experience Edinburgh like a local.
