Description
The charming one-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 2 guests, features a king-size bed and is beautifully decorated with touches of Scottish charm. The spacious bedroom offers a view of the lively Hanover Street, while the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area create a bright, airy atmosphere. The comfortable couch is perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal on nights when you prefer to stay in.
The modern bathroom is a standout feature, offering both a bath and a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after your adventures in the city.
PLEASE NOTE: The jacuzzi function of the bath is not unavailable.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, please note that there are a few steps leading up to the entrance from the street.
PS—The sofa has been replaced and no longer matches the pictures.
The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to major bus routes and just a 5-minute walk from the Princess Street Tram stop. Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile in the Old Town is only a 10-minute walk away, making this a fantastic base for exploring the city. Whether you're seeking a cosy night in or heading out to explore, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.
Our check-in process is straightforward and flexible—self-check-in is the only option, with a key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Although we do not offer parking, paid public parking can be found on nearby streets.
