The location was great. central and just off the lively, interesting Leith Walk but was still a quiet and peaceful place to stay. the room was small but fine with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. It exceeded my expectations as there was no sense of being in a cheap place.

The room was small but acceptable for an overnight stay. It was clean and tidy. The small double bed was positioned up against the wall, but we moved it out slightly to make it easy to get in and out of either side. The shower was great. The hotel is fairly close to Balfour Street tram stop, so it’s easy to get to the heart of Edinburgh.
